Micro-Communities
Micro-communities are large homes in residential neighborhoods that have been renovated to serve as supportive housing for homeless individuals.
Our micro-communities are proven supportive housing units for homeless individuals and families.
In this shared housing model, residents have their own private rooms and utilize a common kitchen and living area with other residents. Wraparound services, including case management and counseling, are provided on site.
