Illumination Foundation Medical Group delivers comprehensive care by a team of providers that include an MD, psychiatrist, advanced practice nurse, counselors, and behavioral health therapists.

 Here's How We Do It

The Illumination Foundation Medical Group supports the mission and guiding principles of Illumination Foundation. Working in conjunction with Illumination Foundation providers, IFMG removes barriers to healthcare by offering outpatient primary care services conveniently located at select Illumination Foundation sites in Orange County.
