Veronica has extensive experience in all aspects of employee-related operations, including talent and training, compliance, safety, compensation, and benefits. Prior to joining Illumination Foundation, she worked for several corporate sector companies composed of diverse workforces, including Hyundai Motor America, Superior Grocers, and Blizzard Entertainment. Veronica was drawn to Illumination Foundation because it provided her the opportunity to work closely with staff and management who are pursuing a mission that resonates deeply with her.

Veronica has an MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University Los Angeles and a BA in Business Management and Leadership from Concordia University, Irvine. She is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California and a degree in Masters of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law.
