Stephanie is a transformational executive who has led many critical and cross-functional initiatives over the past 15-plus years. She has extensive experience in complex, large-scale enterprise environments, both profit and nonprofit, with a focus on care management strategies and revenue cycle solutions. She oversees Illumination Foundation’s clinical operations, including recuperative care, behavioral health, children and families services, CalAIM services (Community Supports and Enhanced Care Management), and referrals.

Stephanie previously served as System Executive Director of Care Coordination for MemorialCare Health System. She also is a co-founder of Elephant Model, a start-up focused on fostering generations of empowered female business leaders through shared wisdom and unity.

Stephanie has an MBA from Capella University and a BS in Nursing from the University of Washington.
