Multi-Service Centers
Our Multi-Service Centers in Stanton and Anaheim are walk-in centers where individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness can connect with services and support systems to stabilize their situation and connect them to permanent housing.
Services offered through teams at our Multi-Service Centers include case management, housing services, medical coordination, and behavioral health and substance use counseling.
Illumination Foundation serves as a designated access point for the Coordinated Entry System (CES). Within the homelessness service system, access points serve as entry points and service hubs where the most vulnerable homeless individuals and families are identified and connected to the most appropriate level of assistance.
