Teresa Razo is an entrepreneur. She is the CEO and Founder of Cambalache Argentine & Italian Cuisine in Fountain Valley & Villa Roma Argentine & Italian Cuisine in Laguna Hills, as well as the co-founder of Paella with a Purpose and Cocinando Tu Futuro. With lifelong roots in Orange County, she is committed to utilizing her success to give back to the community, as both a philanthropist and mentor. She currently provides mentorship to small groups of entrepreneurs to help them successfully scale or launch their businesses.

Teresa has been recognized as OC Restaurateur of the Year, Notable Person by Para Todos, Latina of Influence, received the Minerva Award from the California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and was named OC Business Women of the Year. Additionally, she has received numerous awards for her work, dedication, community empowerment, and entrepreneurial leadership. She has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Para Todos Magazine, Alegria Magazine, OC Register, and Fox News. She has also been recognized by the James Beard Foundation and the Small Business Administration. She is a coauthor of the book, Lead with Success, offering her insights to the broader community.

Teresa graduated from University of California, Irvine where she majored in Spanish with an emphasis on Chicano Studies and Criminology. Ever committed to growth, she has completed the Latina Global Executive Leadership & Entrepreneur Program from USC, the Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Leadership Program from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and most recently graduated from James Beard Foundation 2019 Women’s Entrepreneur Leadership Program, where only 25 women are chosen to participate.

Teresa values family above all, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
