Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations

Elizabeth is a results-driven leader with more than 15 years of nonprofit experience, including project management, program design and implementation, and strategy development. Elizabeth joined Illumination Foundation in 2019 and currently leads the infrastructure department, inclusive of infrastructure development, IT, facility compliance, purchasing, culinary, transportation, warehouse, and maintenance; she oversees all non-clinical operations, including recuperative care facilities, navigation centers, and Project Homekey properties.

Elizabeth began her career in 2007 as the Director of Community Programs with Giving Children Hope (GCH), a grassroots organization in Buena Park, where she developed and expanded a program targeting food insecurities in children experiencing homelessness in Orange County. Later, as Director of Community Development with GCH, Elizabeth served as the primary community ambassador and liaison representing local and international programs, where she was responsible for creating fruitful relationships with community partners, including government, business, and community leaders. Elizabeth later worked for Community Action Partnership of Orange County, where she played an instrumental role in increasing energy program operations in Fresno.

Elizabeth has a degree in Management Development for Entrepreneurs from UCLA and a degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix.
