Our Impact On The Most Vulnerable Homeless Population

HOUSING & STABILITY

We combine Emergency, Interim, and Permanent housing placement with a wide range of services such as rental assistance, job training, case management, and behavioral health to encourage long-term housing stability.

CHILD ENRICHMENT

Our Children’s Resource Centers provide a safe place for kids to learn and grow. With free meals, counseling, and afterschool education, we give unstably housed kids a chance for a better future.

HEALTHCARE SERVICES

We increase access to healthcare services for homeless families and individuals. Through outreach and recuperative care, we provide a safe option for homeless patients to get help and stability.
